To ensure transparency, authenticity, and a high-quality marketplace, every merchant must complete OOTER's verification process before publishing inventory or accepting campaign bookings.


Who Can Register as a Merchant?

You can register on OOTER if you own or manage stable advertising inventory such as:


  • Hoardings & Billboards

  • Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) Screens

  • Bus Queue Shelters

  • Foot Over bridges (FOB)

  • Gantries

  • Retail Outlet Screens

  • Mall Advertising Spaces

  • Society Advertising Spaces

  • Airport Advertising Spaces

  • Railway Station Advertising Spaces

  • Metro Advertising Spaces

  • Gym, Bars, restaurants, cinema halls, corporates offices Advertising Spaces

  • Any other permanent advertising inventory with stable ad space ownership or operating rights


Information Required for Verification

To complete merchant verification, you will be required to provide the following information:


1. Basic Information*


  • Mobile Number (OTP Verification)

  • Email Address

  • Business Name

  • Contact Person Details


2. Business Verification*


  • PAN Card*

  • GST Registration Certificate*

  • Company Registration Certificate (Private Limited, LLP, Partnership, Proprietorship, etc.)


3. Bank Details*


  • Bank Account Details

  • Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook (if required)


4. Inventory Ownership Verification*

To verify ownership or authorization of the advertising inventory, merchants must submit:


  • Allotment Letter issued by the concerned authority, or

  • Valid Agreement with the inventory owner, or

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) for privately owned inventory ( validity 6 month )


Additionally, merchants should provide:


  • Clear photographs of the inventory

  • Complete inventory location

  • Google Maps location

  • Inventory specifications (size, media type, visibility, traffic information, etc.)


Merchant Verification Process

Once all required information and documents are submitted, the OOTER verification team reviews the application through a multi-stage verification process, including:


  • Basic Information Verification

  • Business Verification

  • Bank Details Verification

  • Inventory Ownership Verification

  • Inventory Quality & Compliance Review


If any document is missing, incorrect, or requires clarification, the application will remain pending until the required information is updated.


How Long Does Approval Take?

Merchant accounts are generally approved within 3-5 Business Days after successful submission of all required documents and completion of the verification process.

Approval timelines may vary if additional verification is required.


After Your Account is Approved

Once your merchant account is verified, you can:


  • Publish advertising inventory on OOTER

  • Update inventory availability and pricing

  • Receive campaign bookings from brands

  • Manage orders through a centralized dashboard

  • Upload campaign execution proofs

  • Receive payments according to OOTER's payment policy
